Your complete first visit. A clinical DEXA body composition scan maps your fat distribution and identifies priority treatment zones. Then an ExoFreeze cryolipolysis session targets those zones, followed by a full ExoPod infrared recovery session — all in one visit.

Before we treat anything, we read your body. A real DEXA scan produces a heat map of fat distribution across every region. Red zones indicate high fat concentration — those are your priority treatment areas. Green zones are lean tissue. The data removes all the guesswork.

How it works
Fat cells are more sensitive to cold than surrounding tissue. Precise cooling crystallizes and destroys them without damage to skin or nerves.

Most clients see visible results after 3 sessions and full transformation after 4–6. Your DEXA scan gives us a baseline so we can recommend the right number for your specific body composition and goals.
Arrive well-hydrated and avoid heavy meals 2 hours before. Avoid sugar for 2 hours after your session to support the fat-clearing process. The treatment area will need to be exposed — you’re welcome to change in our private suite.
None. You can return to your normal day immediately. Some clients experience temporary redness or mild sensitivity in the treated area, which resolves within a few hours.
ExoFreeze is not suitable for individuals with Raynaud’s disease, cryoglobulinemia, or those who are pregnant. We review your health history at your initial consultation to confirm candidacy.
